VidBlaze is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use VidBlaze as part of a commercial service, resell it, or redistribute it without written permission.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of VidBlaze complies with the terms of service of any platform from which you download content, as well as all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Copyright
Do not use VidBlaze to download and redistribute copyrighted content without permission from the rights holder. VidBlaze is a tool — how you use it is your responsibility.
Third-Party Software the Windows App Downloads
When you start VidBlaze for Windows for the first time, it downloads and runs these programs, which are made by others and are not part of VidBlaze:
- yt-dlp, licensed under the Unlicense, from github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp
- Node.js, licensed under the MIT license, from nodejs.org
- FFmpeg, in the "essentials" build by GyanD, licensed under the GNU GPL version 3 (the licence and the source are linked from gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds), from github.com/GyanD/codexffmpeg
They are downloaded from their publishers and are used under their own licences. VidBlaze is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by yt-dlp, Node.js, FFmpeg or its builders, YouTube, or any website you download from. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.
No Warranty for Third-Party Software
The programs above are provided by their publishers under their own licences, and the "No Warranty" and "Limitation of Liability" sections below apply to VidBlaze's use of them.
No Warranty
VidBlaze is provided as-is without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with all platforms at all times.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VidBlaze or any content downloaded through it.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VidBlaze after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
